Ghostly Manor Thrill Center presents Nosferatu - Silent Movie with Organ Accompaniment by Stephen Warner Ticket $5.00 Nosferatu is the earliest surviving screen adaptation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula novel. Almost destroyed by Stoker’s widow because of copyright infringement, this film has outlasted many others of the silent era. There are many new releases of Nosferatu and all this goes to show that, “You can’t keep a good vampire down.”

Presented by Daly's Pub Comedy has been an important aspect to Sal Demilio’s life since grade school. Growing up in an Italian household and having lived in Italy, Switzerland, New York City and finally, the Detroit metro area, he has woven his Italian heritage into his comedy routine. Having been a fan of comedy all his life, Sal took a class at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, and got hooked on the laughter and applause after putting on a show for his graduation assignment. From there he went on to area bars, coffee houses and restaurants to hone his skills. Since he started doing open mics 14 years ago, Sal is a national headliner, performing at comedy clubs throughout the United States, and has also performed at all the comedy clubs in the Detroit metro area. His professional inspirations have been Rodney Dangerfield, Richard Pryor and Jerry Seinfeld. After attending Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI, Sal finally graduated after 12 years. It took that long, as he took time off to spend at various clubs perfecting his act. His observational style and family-oriented materials appeal to all ages and all walks of life. Since Sal touches on a variety of topics, everyone in the audience can relate to at least one of them. Much of his humor focuses on growing up in an Italian household, where no one spoke English, and on his extensive sports background. Other topics he includes in his routine hit on college days, current events and topical humor, the movies, and dieting and exercising. Sal is very likeable and has a knack of building great recognition with all types of audiences. Sal has opened acts for Lewis Black; Pablo Francisco; Dave Coulier; Dave Attel & Nick DiPaolo Steve Caminiti has appeared with Jay Leno, Tim Allen, Robin Williams, Wynona Judd, The Commodores, Hootie and the Blowfish, and Ray Charles. Steve’s big smile and friendly style ensure a great night of entertainment. Proudly Italian, he gives his unique viewpoint on everything from family life to the awkward relationship between men and women. He was voted the Funniest Man in Cincinnati by his peers, Funniest Person in Ohio by Showtime, and picked as Best Comedian by Cincinnati Magazine and City Beat. Steve is a regular on the nationally syndicated “Bob & Tom” radio show, and was also featured in Rolling Stones Comedy Issue. Presented by Dr. Dale & Maura Braun and Ohio Arts Council Featuring the Ballet Theatre of Toledo Choreographed by Nigel Burgoine The Nutcracker Ballet is based on the story "The Nutcracker and the King of Mice" written by E.T.A. Hoffman. Although what is seen on the stage today is different in detail from the original story, the basic plot remains the same; The story of a young German girl who dreams of a Nutcracker Prince and a fierce battle against a Mouse King with seven heads. When Marius Petipa had the idea to choreograph the story into a ballet, it was actually based on a revision by Alexander Dumas, a well-known French author. His version reflects more of what we have come to love as the Nutcracker Ballet. Adults $15-$35 Seniors $10 - $30 Children under 12 $10 - $25

The annual “Great Hymns of Faith Festival” presents a choral workshop and concert each fall in North Central Ohio that brings together singers from area churches and community choruses to rehearse, perform and share in the experience of faith and spirituality through music. The Festival concludes with a concert that involves hymns, reflections and readings, prayer, and final performance of the Festival Chorus. Perfect for singers of all ages and levels of experiences. This year’s festival artistic director/conductor is Michael Shirtz. Tickets $10 per person

Four men. Four microphones. No instruments. This is the formula for Canada’s celebrated vocal band, Cadence. The stage lights fall, the crowd goes quiet, and four harmonious voices rise and fill the air. The melodies unfurl into something both familiar and fresh. What comes next may be a classic song by Joni Mitchell or Louis Prima. It may be an old bebop standard or cheeky arrangement of a 1980’s hit. But these are arrangements like you’ve never heard them before – containing all the richness of a full band, but performed using just four voices. This is Cadence, Canada’s premiere vocal group. Based in Toronto, this a cappella ensemble has been wowing audiences across the country and around the world for nearly 20 years. Whether performing at sold-out jazz clubs and concert halls, at music festivals, for educational outreach, or for corporate functions, the members of Cadence bring an infectious energy and uncanny verve to every song they sing. The group’s four critically acclaimed studio albums, Cool Yule (2011), Speak Easy (2010), Twenty for One (2005), and Frost Free (2000) have won or been nominated for numerous awards, including three nods from the JUNO Awards and 10 from CARA, the Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards. Cadence’s live shows are always a it. They feature a hypnotic blend of complex harmonies, intricate arrangements, vocal dexterity, and just plain fun. On-stage antics and audience participation are par for the course at any Cadence show, but so too is a mesmerizing display of musical genius. What these boys can do with their voices needs to be heard to be believed. The band is made up of David Lane (baritone and base), Ross Lynde (tenor), Lucas Marchand (tenor, and Kurt Sampson (base and vocal percussion). They each bring many years of training and performance experience to create a rich musical event appropriate for all ages. Tickets $18 per person
