Highlights from West Side Story will be featured in a medley of many of the selections from that musical which were written by Leonard Bernstein.  The band will also perform a piece written for the Cedar Point ride White Water Landing.  Two very fast and virtuosic works, Chester and Niles Dance, will be played.  John Philip Sousa’s Liberty Bell March and Karl King’s Prestissimo March will also be performed.

The concert will end with Stars and Stripes which will feature some guest piccolo players performing the piccolo solo.

Something for everyone.
