Join The Sandusky State Theatre as a SPONSOR! The Sandusky State Theatre is one of Ohio’s oldest historic treasures. Since its opening in 1928, The Sandusky State Theatre has evolved from a grand Vaudeville house and movie palace to a revitalized performing arts center with a rich tradition of stage and film presentations. It continues to be a prized community landmark and resource for Sandusky and Erie County, at the center of the cultural growth of the surrounding communities.
BECOME A SPONSOR You can play a starring role in supporting The Sandusky State Theatre by joining friends of The Sandusky State Theatre, an all-volunteer, non-profit membership organization that performs fundraising, audience development, and community outreach activities to help sustain The Sandusky State Theatre performances, as well as ongoing improvements to the Theatre. Annual tax deductible memberships provide an array of benefits and assist The Sandusky State Theatre in serving Sandusky and the Erie County area with an eclectic variety of entertainment experiences as well as arts education opportunities for students --- a mission that relies to a great extent on contributions from foundations, corporations, and individuals like you. It is our goal to continue to present inspirational programming with an emphasis on developing our youth and underrepresented audiences. However, like other nonprofit theatres, we rely on private support for as much as 50% of our annual revenue and we cannot do it alone. You are invited to join our roster of distinguished corporate sponsors who recognize the value of the important work of The Sandusky State Theatre and the many benefits of the Theatre to the economic growth of our community.
